About the Role

In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory, and safe work practices. You'll be a team player, reliable, willing to step in and help where needed, and help maintain high standards of productivity and accuracy as well as:

  • Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
  • Pick, pack, label and dispatch finished goods
  • Receive and store incoming goods accurately
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines and barcode scanners
  • Conduct stocktakes and investigate inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records using WMS/ERP systems
  • Perform quality checks on finished products
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S
  • Follow all safety procedures, SOPs and quality requirements

About you

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role.   As well as:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment
  • A current Fork Hoist Licence preferred
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems such as SAP
  • Strong inventory control and stock reconciliation skills
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse equipment
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
