About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to join our team and lead our consumer dispatch area.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong experience in dispatch coordination, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach. You’ll work closely with our Industrial Dispatch Supervisor while supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and consumer dispatch.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring products are dispatched safely, efficiently, in full, and on time while driving team performance, operational efficiency, and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations, transport scheduling, and delivery requirements
• Supervise dispatch and warehouse team activities
• Organise truck loading and maximise delivery efficiencies
• Manage pick lists, dispatch documentation, PODs, and inventory accuracy
• Support warehouse operations, including picking, loading, unloading, and stock control
• Liaise with internal teams regarding customer requirements and stock availability
• Lead, support, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site

About you

You’ll be someone who leads by example, communicates confidently, and enjoys working closely with a team to achieve operational goals. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, as well as:

• Previous dispatch, transport coordination, or warehouse supervision experience
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good computer and administration skills
• Hands-on attitude with the ability to support operational tasks when required
• Forklift licence or forklift experience preferred but not essential
