Who We Are
Sleepyhead and Dunlop Foams are proud members of The Comfort Group—Australasia’s largest bedding and foam manufacturer. With seven manufacturing sites across New Zealand and Australia and a team of over 1,000 people, we are a family-owned business built on strong values and a genuine commitment to our people.
Our team is at the heart of everything we do. Many of our employees have been with us for decades, reflecting the supportive, inclusive, and rewarding environment we’ve created. As a leading supplier of industrial and consumer foams, our products serve a wide range of industries, including bedding, furniture, healthcare, sports, packaging, transport, and more.
We are proudly 100% Kiwi-owned and operated, contributing to local employment and reinvesting in our communities. Sustainability is also central to our operations—our Dunlop Foams products are fully recyclable, and we actively repurpose manufacturing waste into new products such as carpet underlay.
