About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and hands-on Marketing Activations Manager to drive the successful execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations. This role is key to ensuring that all marketing collateral, promotional materials, and retail initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will lead a small team while working closely with key stakeholders from sales, product development, and marketing across the organisation. As well as:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing launches, including POS materials, technology demonstration tools, photography, retailer web copy, header cards, and training materials.
- Support the Marketing Manager in budget management, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently across promotional, in-store, and POS activities.
- Plan and execute trade events, conferences, in-store promotions, and merchandising efforts to drive consumer attention and sales.
- Collaborate with National Account Managers and retailers to develop and implement promotional plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the development of new packaging artwork, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, key retailers, suppliers, and cross-functional marketing teams.
- Lead and mentor one direct report, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
About you
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Management, or related roles, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry, as well as:
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation with a strong execution focus
- Experience managing product launches, marketing collateral, and in-store campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance
- Leadership experience, even of a small team, with the ability to motivate and guide direct reports
