The Opportunity
We’re on the hunt for a creative and strategic Training Content Specialist who can bring our product stories to life. In this role, you’ll design and deliver dynamic training content that helps our trade and sales teams confidently promote and sell our products. As well as:
- Design and create engaging training materials focused on product knowledge, benefits, and competitive advantages
- Develop adaptable training programs for both in-person and online delivery via Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Ensure remote learning is accessible through digital content and prepare materials for live presentations as needed
- Tailor content to help sales teams confidently recommend the best products to meet consumer needs
- Regularly update training materials based on product developments and feedback from training sessions
- Manage content on the company intranet, keeping it fresh, engaging, and aligned with business goals
- Help create content for internal campaigns, announcements, and presentations
About you
You’re a natural storyteller who thrives on turning technical information into compelling, easy-to-grasp content. As well as:
- Proven experience in developing training materials, ideally in a product or sales-driven environment
- Relevant tertiary qualification or significant working experience
- Skilled in platforms like SharePoint and LMS tools such as Articulate
- Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite
- Confident presenting and simplifying complex ideas
- Organised and efficient, juggling multiple deadlines with ease
- Creative and detail-focused, ensuring every piece of content is high-quality and visually sharp
- A team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
