The opportunity

You will support the development and planning of retailer brand activation campaigns, coordinating each project through the entire project life cycle. As well as:

• Develop and implement marketing activation plans to support brand objectives and drive consumer engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing assets and materials
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently to achieve marketing goals within allocated resources.
• Stay informed about industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Support the development of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and sales tools as needed.

About You

The successful candidate will be capable of managing brand and campaign marketing in the retail or manufacturing industry, as well as:

• Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and bringing brands to life through innovative marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
• Knowledge of sleep industry trends and consumer behaviour is a plus.
